All sensitive financial ledgers, transactional books, and audit trails remain bound to your tenant instance, backed by immutable audit logs documenting all access attempts.

ITeCApp employs artificial intelligence and machine learning models to detect financial variances, assist with ledger categorization, and surface financial insights. Our AI systems are governed by strict ethical and technical guidelines:

• No Public Model Training: Your organization’s private transactions, general ledgers, client names, and tax files are never shared with public model providers or utilized to train general foundation models.
• Human-in-the-Loop: AI algorithms operate in an advisory capacity. All financial postings, tax filings, and regulatory submissions require review and confirmation by authorized human professionals.
• Confidential AI Enclaves: AI inferencing occurs within secured, tenant-bound compute pipelines with transient memory storage that erases runtime embeddings after processing.

We only share data with third parties under stringent confidentiality covenants and in the limited circumstances outlined below:

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Top-tier, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified cloud hosting partners (such as Microsoft Azure Cloud) providing encrypted database storage and server compute.
• Transactional Email & Communications: Certified enterprise mail routing partners utilized solely to deliver transactional alerts, password resets, and service notifications.
• Statutory Requirements: If compelled by lawful court order, subpoena, or applicable regulatory decree, we will provide notice where legally permitted and furnish only the minimum requested data.

• Server Log Data: Retained for 90 days for forensic security and anomaly inspection before automated rotational purge.
